Cemtech Athens - 15-18 September 2002 | Athenaeum Inter-Continental Hotel
Download Programme
Another success for Cemtech? It would certainly seem so judging from the
overwhelming response from attendees from what is now seen as the premier cement
event in Europe. Of course the venue always helps and Athens certainly lived up
to most people’s expectations with its treasure-house of antiquities, late
summer weather and excellent hospitality.
Titan Cement who were also celebrating their 100 year anniversary were worthy
co-hosts to the event, providing some expert guidance, a keynote address and not
least, a chance for delegates to visit the nearby Titan Kamari works, now an
important production base for Titan’s customers in Greece and overseas and busy
upgrading kilns and coolers to keep pace with demand as Greece prepares for the
Olympic Games in 2004.
