PT Indocement - May 2014
HeidelbergCement, which owns a majority stake in PT Indocement, has posted a 10.5 per cent increase in cement and clinker sales to 17.5Mt in 1Q14, compared to the same period last year. Group revenue over the period rose by 5.7 per cent to EUR2750m. Excluding consolidation and exchange rate effects, this increase amounted to 14.8 per cent, primarily due to higher sales volumes across all the company’s business lines.
