PT Semen Indonesia - November 2015
Despite a number of government infrastructure projects finally getting underway, Semen Indonesia does not expect its 2015 sales to exceed the 26.6Mt recorded last year. January to October 2015 saw the company’s cement sales fall by two per cent, compared to the same period in the previous year. October alone, however, saw sales pick up by 10 per cent to 2.7Mt, compared to the previous month. This mirrors recent data from the Indonesian Cement Association, which reported a 10.7 per cent advance in domestic cement sales to 6.4Mt in October.
