We have cyclone in the begining of TAD (above the cooler) which collect the dust from cooler gases and discharge it back to the cooler chain conveyor. We have this system in two Line (2000 & 4000 tpd) and since 10 years we didn't face any problem of dust in the TAD.

I am rajesh Shukla from TCI Max, first i would like to share some expireance related with dust circulation, it would be due to some problem in raw mix desing according to coal so it will be recheck and some correction required,if you want the correction please sent your raw mix analysis and coal quality . second to handling the hot dust, make an arrangement under the TA duct bottom as DPC there after draigchain system and discharge the material to the cooler discharge DPC system.
