Hello Tanveer. The relative movement depends on the diameter and ovality of the kiln. A few centimetres would be normal. Hot kiln alignment is achieved by adjusting the positions of the kiln rollers.

We consider 1 cm per hour as normalo range.

 Hi

      From experience the maximum permissible tyre slippage is about (D/200)mm, where D is the kiln diameter in mm.
