burning zone coat formation
Dear All ,
kindly i would like to know the mechanism of coat formation specialy in the burning zone ( from chemical mechanism point of view ) and the effect of kiln brick type of this zone on the formation mechanism .
Best regards

Re: burning zone coat formation
The mechanism of coating formation is that the liquid phases in the clinker penetrate the refractory lining to the point where the temperature falls sufficiently for them to solidify. The porosity of the refractory lining, its conductivity and any reactions with the clinker liquid phase therefore affect the coating formation behaviour.
