kiln roller movement from it's sharp

dear sirs

We have a problem with our kiln is that the roller No2 is movement from it's sharp and the roller touch the bearing so we have stopped the kiln, Our kin and roller is suplied by Technip-Cle (France), 72m long, 4,5m diameter. and even we changed 2 roller but after few months operation, this roller is movement from it's sharp again.
