"Hi everyone,
In our plant the top cyclone temperature is around 375 C. The dust recurculating is around 13% of the feed. Because of the build-up in the fun we are facing with unplanned shutdown every week. I thought if we decrease the temperature somehow, we can decrease the build-up and also lower the dust recurculating rate. According to literature there is such a process applied. I couldn't find any feedback about the process.
Anybody using or know this system pls reply me..

In ref. to your problems on coating on fan and high fan vibration , we have solution for this problem and that is automatic balancer.
Please find attached catalogue and Installation photo for your ready reference of Hofmann Automatic Balancer.
We have some reference list as below for Automatic Fan Balancing System..
- AMBUJA CEMENT KODINAR - 3 UNITS.
- NARMAJA CEMENT , JAFRABAD , ULTRATECH GROUP - 1 UNIT
- ADITYA CEMENT , JODHPUR , ULTRATECH GROUP - 1 UNIT.
- SIDHEE CEMENT , SUTRAPADA - 1 UNIT

ADVANTAGE OF THIS SYSTEM : This system is generally installed on Big Fans in Cement Plants. Due to dust deposition on fan rotor , slowly slowly vibration of fan increases due to unbalance. Tentatively after every 1 or 2 months, Plant has to stop
for Fan cleaning. It lead to production loss of huge amount. This system will help to maintain fan vibration. so plant shutdown/breakdown can be avoided for longer period some times extended more than 6 months and production loss can be saved.
