Regarding Raw Mill(Ball mill) System Assesment

Dear sir,

How can we assess that product group for. Raw milll can handle the given capacities. 

Suppose for exa. raw mill is 300 TPh which is ball mill. how can we verify that all the equipments after raw mill can handle that capacity.?

It is likely that the raw mill has higher capacity than the kiln. That is the way cement factories are normally designed.
