It is likely to lengthen the setting time.

i know that the CaF2 will increase the setting time in cement in a case study every 0.1 % of Ca2F will increase the setting time about 60 min in initial setting -- but i want to know the mechanism ( how is CaF2 will increase the setting time ?)

CaF2 addition will increase rate of ettringite formation.
