Check natural vibration frequency & actual.if they match at one time RM can vibrate highly.

The vibrations of VRM are mainly due to the unstable bed and improper compaction. You can try water spray to compact the bed. Also please ensure whether the mill feed rate is uniform. In case any other clarifications, please contact "ms@madrascements.co.in"
