Dear Mr. Mohan,

You have to redesign your raw material / flame shape as per new coal consignment' ash. Your second question about high temp of bottom cyclone it may be due to high coal residue.

Dear Mr. Mohan,

 I am in line with the comments given by Mr. Vikropo.You need to make raw mix compatible with the fresh supplies of coal and fine tune all the process and operating parameters.Very easy to express but challenging to practice with patience.

Thanks all for the reply.I also agree to what Mr Bhaskar has said "Easy to express but challenging to practise with patience.Now a days all plants go for cheaper materials for cost reductions.So who exactly is the culprit in disturbing the kiln is very difficult to analyse .
