In cement ASR normally means alkali-silica reaction. Is that what you mean and if so what has it to do with circulating phenomena?

i know what ASR means, i have studied this a little but i want to make a more specific studie and i am gathering materials. i have some books but i think maybe there is any book or any case study for this.

Yes, I initially thought the same... but I think in this case he means Alkali/Sulphur Ratio.
