Dear Gulam,
The highest burning zone temp ( flame temp) is where fuel fully combusted, clinkerization starts. When you reduce Kiln primary air ( less combustion air ) kiln load increases, because fuel travel further inside the kiln for O2 ( air ) - flame length increase.
