Grinding balls

Kindly, what the deferance between forged and cast grinding balls and what the applications that two kinds serve and why ??

The difference is the hardness. Forged is harder than cast and therefore the wear rate is lower and they last longer. However they are more expensive. Both are used as the media for raw and cement grinding.
