Your analysis figures indicate clinker material.Hence,it may be used as an additive(small dosage) with Portland cement after proper investigation of carrying out Lab.ball mill ground cement trials to understand physical and chemical properties of blended cement conforming to your country.

To begin with you need to fix up fineness, SO3 content of lab ground blended cement to arrive at additive dosage.On successful completion of lab.scale trials go for plant scale usage ensuring that cement conforms to your country.

We are  planning to used By Pass material as additive in OPC mill

What is the maximum limits for alkali (k2O- Na2O  Cl) in ByPass which not effect the properties of cement

Please refer cement standards specificatinons or standard books where parmissible alkali and chlorides are mentioned.
