Re: Preheater temperature.

Dear all,

The reason we have to make LSF ratio of raw mix up to 100 are we want to produce LSF of clinker is 96 that is mean clinker has grade of Cpc 50 and SM is normal.

I understood what Mr Clark have been comunicated to me but we have been measured the sulphure contents at the kiln in let is very low, have not got the sparkling phenomenon at the kiln inlet because the CO content of exhaust gas at the kiln inlet is 0%. The CaOf sometimes it has higher than standard.

Mr Clark,

i don't think about the phenomenon of delayed firing in the calciner. however, the exhaust gas temp of C2 and any stages of preheater not high, that is main problem.

I have been modified too much but we have no result at this time.

Please sharing your experience to me,

Thank alots,

Regard,

HongMinh.

Re: Preheater temperature.

Dear Mr Clark,

We have to maintaining the coal finess from 3 to 4% for along time and shape flame never change because we have good coating at sintering zone.
