can you have solution for material build up in cooler EP duct near clinker crusher while we are using coal with 20% ash and we have checked water nozzle regularly

It has been experienced that water spray in cooler invariably results into build ups and requires periodical cleaning.Water needs to be in mist form as far as possible to minimse the buildups accordingly water injection system requires proper designing.
