 yes you are right " we should defined the objective or the main aim from performing the Raw mix study ( optimization )"

But I think there is a general protocol to perform your raw mix study or ( optimization ) , and this is what I asked for ,

 

and if you want an example from what you mentioned , let's choose the nearst objective to my case which is :

 " Changes in quality or availability of raw materials or fuel (quality of quarry deposit, new or alternative correctives, alternative fuels and materials, raw material availability) "

Unless I am misunderstanding what you mean, I am not aware of any 'general protocol' for raw mix optimisation because every instance is usually quite specific and unique, maybe somebody else can help you.
