Dear ILA How can I calculate the above air requirement. Please send me the calculation sheet. As far as I know normally 0.012NM3/kg mat is the requirement of air. I am in a mood to increase the screw rpm from 980 to 980+50rpm. pl. suggest. My RAW MIX IS written below S A F C M K N SO LSF SM AM LOI SUM 14.41 3.51 2.73 43.2 0.65 0.44 0.09 0.16 93.01 2.31 1.29 34.72 99.91 20% on 90 but since last 10 days the pump is running smooth without any problem with the same compresser & fad pl. reply regards rajesh

thanks a lot for the worked example but

i want to have the same for a cement plamt raw mix dust transportation because the constants etc. used in the calculations is not for the cement plant.
