Hello Norew,

For a given C3A and gypsum content, finer grinding will accelerate the C3A hydration reaction. If the fineness increase is large enough (>20 m2/kg) this will result in faster setting times, even allowing for the increased Water/Cement ratio of the finer product.

With phospho gypsum setting time will be higher always therefore u can use combination of mineral and phospho gypsum .It will also increase your cement strength dilip yadav

If your clinker SO3 is in excess of alkalies some Al can be incorporated into the silicates. Orthorhombic C3A is "doped" by Na2O. If you want less try and reduce the Na2O input if possible.
