Dear Azhar, I can add only to our friends' opinions that outside storing of clinker lead to partial hydration of clinker, wich reduces strength and increases setting time. Some producers screen out fines smaller than 5mm to minimise more rapid reactive part of clinker. So it's better cover the clinker or use the closed stores.
