Re: COAL FLUSHING PROBLEM

when coal flushing takes place in the system than sometimes the temp. profile of preheater with calciner gets disturbs & material surges down to the kiln when temp. becomes too low during coal flushing.Sometimes the material reaches to cooler even. So this is a logical relation of material rushes to cooler from preheater. Pl. comment raj
