NOx emmisssions & generation

daer all what is the normal NOx generation in a slc kiln with dual preheater .

At kiln inlet

at calciner outlet

at kiln preheater stack (ESP commomn for raw mill (ball) & Kiln

At precalciner preheater stack (ESP common for VRM & PH)

Does it make any diffrence on Nox in stack if we spray water in downcomer because in PC preheater we do not spray water when WHR runs but in kiln PH we spray water in GCT.

Can I Calculate the NOx generation at the above points in PPM & MG/NM3

We have conventional burner with 16  % primary Air
