Hello Vinay,
The high quantity and viscosity of liquid phase is probably causing your balling problems. You need to increase your Silica Ratio to ~ 2.3 and reduce your Alumina ratio to ~1.5.
What is the LSF of your raw meal and how much K2O, Na2O, SO3 and MgO do you have in your raw mix? Also, what is the particle size analysis of your raw meal (+45, +90, +212um)?
