sir,

we are having problem with coal venting bag fiilter.Its getting jammed frequently.

please suggest solution for it.

Mr.RAMA, My advice to check the dewpoint temperature

dear Rama The coal mill circuit always have a problem if the BF gas temperture is maintained below the dewpoint. the moisture will condense in the bag house and due to fine coal it will jam the bags,increasing the pd of Bag house and problems will start.

please ensure the temperture of the gases above the dewpoint for smooth opertion, or reduce the moisture of coal input.
