Dear experts,
Observed that VRM table and rollers were warnout, buld up the wear area with a speacial material and maintained the original profile of roller and table.
my querry is after conditioning of roller and table VRM throughput drastically come down from 420 to 250 tph. Further we reduced the dampring hight from 90 mm to 20 mm and got throughput in normal level. What is the technical reason for this can any body explain please???????????
