Oxygen Limits for Kiln operation

Dear sir,

Can any one help me for the following :

 1. How much Oxygen and Carbon level to be maintained at Kiln Inlet in kiln operations.

 2. How much oxygen and carbon level to be maintained at PH exit in  Kiln opeation.

 3. How much oxygen and carbon level to be Mintained at 3rd stage in Kiln operation.

Including all these, is there any possibility to make oversize balls in Kiln (i.e,.100 to 500 mm balls) and contribute yellow core.
