Quenching tank clogging

Hi my friends

Our factory has a capacity of producing 500 tons per day white cement. factory is design FCB .for cooling clinker, use quenching tank technology. Important problem clogging at the top of the chimney and top of quenching tank. Please help me fix this problem.
