Precalcination with superheated steam
Can we employ superheated steam ,instead of hot air and burning fuel, in precalciner for precalcination of raw meal ? Superheated steam can be generated from heat of Clinker Cooler and carry higher heat content than hot air and is also self propelling. Any suggestions please.
