Hello Viswam,

Sorry, but I don't quite understand your question.

Are you asking if it is possible to add some raw mix correctives to the calciner when a limestone stockpile quality is too far out of specification for the correctives dosing system to handle? If that is the case, that idea is potentially dangerous because the correctives will not be ground fine enough and may not react fully in the kiln, leading to high free limes.

Why not calculate the amount of correctives required and blend them onto the limestone stockpile until the stockpile chemistry falls withing the capacity of the correctives weighfeeders.

Please give me more exact details on your problem.
