White cement burner flame momentum

 We are giving water kiln hood and there is no secondary air from cooler, but there is 300 oC heated secondary air.

we will produce 1500t/h white clinker, in ILC 4 stage kiln 60t/h clinker, we will give 30m3/h water just near burner. We will use %3 sulpur petcoke.

Please kindly give advises.

What will be the flame momentum in this conditions?

What is the most important points in flame to burn completely petcoke?
