Ring formation after start up

 

Often we have à ring after a short stopping.

I want to compare some prameters of our kiln with yours durant start up( if you have same kiln)

Kiln : 60m , D= 4.4m , 3600t/d  100% Caol

We start our kiln with this paarameters :

Main Burner : 7500 Kg/h ( caol )

Feed : 120 t/h ( Nominal Feed = 240 t/h)

Kiln Speed = 1 rpm

Spécifique calories = 1200 kcal/kg
