OPC Strength vs Same clinker PSC Strength...

Dear All

We are produsing portland slag cement (PSC) if OPC one day strength is 25.00 MPa (blaine 3800 cm^2/g).

Than how can we calculate accurately the one day strength of PSC? if PSC blaine 3800- 4000 and slag glass content 95.00% clinker quality same. slag mix 50% in OPC.
