Fall in Kiln Feed

Our Kiln-1 a 1800tpd line(6cyclone with pre-calciner) has been operating at about 1100-1200 tpd since the last 3 months, with occasionally producin 1500-1600 a day.

Major changes:-

1.Multi channel burner replaced with uni-channel burner.

2.Diptubes damaged.(cyclones 4,5,6)

3. High grade lime stone replaced by LG and 15% sweetner.

Please suggest the reasons for feed drop from 120tph to 80 tph.
