Increase in production due to close circuiting?

We prresently have a open cicuit ball mill operating at 35tph. By how much will the production be expected to increase if we close circuit it?.

It has main motor of 1500kw .

Complete analysis of the system needs to be done one simply cannot throw a figure of how much production increase it will be, but generally speaking you will see 10-12 % of production increase by going to close circuit from open circuit.

Dear,

     Without full circuit with present  mill design. we can say how much tph will increased.But  say that at least 10 - 20 % of tph increased. open to close circuit  mill.

it depends upon the cement recipe, product quality, health of mill internals.

as a general rule, it could be between 15-20%.
