Kiln cooler ESP dust handling

Dear expert,

        I want  design  Kiln cooler ESP dust  handling system for directly  transfer  dust of esp to cement mill  via dense phase system. 

Pl share your experience why still not direct feeding into cement mill  even create dust handling into

Cooler DBC and CSP & High wear rate in DBC and dust spillage into csp and high filteration cost for venting via bag filter.

Pl share your experience for

% dust formation  per t clinker for collection into cooler esp.

  Installation cost with  ROI
