Heavy coating at start of burning zone

How can heavy coating( 500~700 mm Thick) can be removed from kiln during operation. Inserting in burner pipe or changing the shape of flame, or changing primary air fan RPM has no effect.  Kindly mail at nasiransari53@hotmail.com.

Optimise your liquid % and try to use some silica rich material / Slag to strip off the coating. If brick thickness not sufficient or life nearing end, try Slag option carefully in batches.
