PDFFull Introduction ReportDownload HereIvory Coast has been cut in half by a civil war since September 2002, which has triggered an unprecedented economic crisis. In spite of these conditions cement consumption remains stable, while production levels continue to be sustained by exports to Mali and Burkina Faso.
