Cement producers in Vietnam are estimated to have made 48.9Mt of cement in the first 10 months of this year.
The figure represents an on-year rise of 8.8%, the government’s General Statistics Office said in its monthly report released Monday.
In October, the country’s cement output is estimated to have increased 7.2% from the same month of last year to 5.2Mt.
The Ministry of Construction forecast Vietnam’s cement consumption is forecast to stand between 54.5Mt and 56Mt this year, up 9%-10% from a year earlier. Published under Cement News
