Titan sites recognised for health and safety programmes, USA
Two Titan America cement company sites in North Carolina will be recognised this month by the state Department of Labor for safety and health programs.
Roanoke Cement Company terminal sites in Winston-Salem and Castle Hayne will be honored as part of the Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program. Roanoke Cement Company is a subsidiary of Titan America, the cement corporation currently eyeing New Hanover County as a potential site for a new plant.
Both the Winstom-Salem and Castle Haynes sites have been recognized by the NCDOL before for safety performance. Published under Cement News
