Camargo Correa cement arm rebrands as InterCement
Camargo Correa of Brazil has rebranded its cement arm under the holding name of InterCement. The group’s cement business formerly operated under the name Camargo Correa Cements.
The new name represents efforts by the company to increase brand recognition outside of Brazil. "The repositioning of the brand is related to our acquisitions in history, the ability to integrate business and turn them into business models," said Andrew Schaeffer, director of InterCement Brazil.
