HeidelbergCement opens new Georgia terminal

The Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and  HeidelbergCement’s director of Europe have opened a cement terminal in Supsa, west Georgia.

Construction projects at the Black Sea coast will be supplied with cement from the terminal.

The new terminal is aimed at supporting  infrastructure development in the region and increase employment. The  terminal was opened with the support of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure. Over 50 staff are employed most of whom are local residents.
