Chile’s Gasco to sell stake in Cemento Polpaico
Gasco SA, a Chilean gas distributor and holding company, will sell its 40.9 per cent stake in Chilean cement producer Cemento Polpaico SA.
Funds raised from the sale will be used to finance the expansion of natural gas and liquified petroleum gas operations in Chile and Colombia, Gasco said in an e-mailed statement.
Holcim owns a 54.3 per cent stake in Polpaico, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Published under Cement News
