Anhui Conch Cement says Ping An Trust sells shares
Anhui Conch Cement Co. said Ping An Trust & Investment Co. sold 176.6 million shares of the cement company as of 8 October, according to a statement to Shanghai’s stock exchange.
Ping An Trust’s stake in Anhui Conch was reduced to 6.54 per cent from 11.54 per cent, according to the statement. Ping An Trust doesn’t exclude the possibility of selling more shares in the next 12 months, according to the statement. Published under Cement News
