At least six new cement factories will be built in the coming three years in the country, so as to increase the offer of the product in the market.

This was said on Wednesday in Lobito District, in the central Benguela Province, by the national director for construction materials, Manuel Victor.

The director said so on the fringes of the ceremony of laying the foundation stone for the construction of the cement plant named “Palanca Cimentos” to be based in Hanha locality.

Manuel Victor said that these factories will respond to the needs of consumption linked to the reconstruction process of the country.
