Algerian authorities have issued an international arrest warrant against two French nationals serving at Lafarge Company in Algeria. They are believed to be involved in corruption and money laundering.

Lafarge executives secretly left the country to Italy and then to France to avoid arrest and interrogation by the police which was investigating misconduct in the French cement company.

Security authorities are also investigating how the suspects managed to leave the country from Algiers international airport although they were under investigation.
