Murli Industries denies reports of sale, India
Nagpur-based diversified company Murli Industries today clarified media reports stating the company may sell its cement unit in Chandrapur.
According to local media reports one of its top officials stated that the company is seeking a buyer for its 3Mt cement plant in Maharashtra and had appointed Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors to find a buyer.
The company said the aforesaid news report is not based on any official information from them and it is market speculation and it will provide all material information at the appropriate time.
