President inaugurates Hadramout cement plant, Yemen
President Ali Abdullah Saleh inaugurated on Wednesday the Hadramout Cement Factory, an affiliate of the Arabian Yemen Cement Company (AYCC) in Al-Masna’ah area, in the governorate of Hadramout.
The cement plant involved an investment of US$260m with a production capacity of 1.5Mta.
During the opening ceremony President Saleh expressed his pleasure at the completion and opening of this important new factory which will contribute to the development and economic growth of the country.
