Pakistan prices rise ahead of peak season
Ahead of the peak construction season (February to August) Pakistan cement prices have climbed up in the local market, Daily Times reported.
Retailers and dealers said that local cement prices have started to rebound gradually and are up by Rs 10 to 15 per 50kg bag from last week. The 50kg cement bag is currently available in the band of Rs 250 to 260 in the northern region as compared to Rs 240 to 245 last week and Rs 290 to 300 in the southern region, they said.
